Sonalika tractors (International Tractors Ltd) has achieved a significant milestone in Indian tractor industry. As per latest data released by TMA, company left behind Mahindra, John Deere and New Holland in higher HP range of tractors (51 HP and above) in the month of June. Share of Sonalika stood at 33% in the month of June for above 51 HP range of tractors. This segment is considered elite as the customers in this category are analytical by nature and go for technically advance products.
Speaking on occasion Mr. Raman Mittal Executive Director Sonalika ITL said: “Sonalika ITL is today a trusted brand among farmers across markets, in both India and abroad. The company has always focused on offering latest technology for customized-solutions to all types of farming needs. This added to the increased demand, which we attribute to a healthy monsoon, farm loan waivers, and increasing demand for heavy duty mechanization in enhancing farm productivity.”
It is worth noting that recently Sonalika upgraded its Hoshiarpur based tractor plant and is now worlds biggest tractor manufacturing plant.
